The Ops subDAO focus is providing guidance and support to enable smooth DAO operations.

We have the following powers delegated from BAL token holders as part of the subDAO formation proposal:

• People (compensation, onboarding, recruitment)
• Budgets (subDAO budgets pass through Ops for approval)
• Add/remove signers from other subDAO’s. In order to add/remove an Ops signer, a governance proposal is required.
• Reporting (we are obligated to report on the DAO’s expenditures quarterly)
• Communication Standards (we control what tools the DAO uses)

Anyone interested in contributing to this area should attend our weekly meetings, held in discord every Thursday at 11am EST. Please signal your interest in the #ops discord channel under the DAO section and you will be whitelisted for attendance. You can see our weekly meeting notes here.
