Onboarding KPI’s
Onboarding processes get newcomers to full productivity as soon as possible, so measuring timespan to achieve this potential would be possible studying our Coordinape outcomes (challenge to be tackled in the future).
KPI suggestions (can be done Q1/Q2):
- Measurable questionnaire for (new) contributors, i.e. from 1-10:
- how clear is your vision on where to contribute (onboarding/training)
- how likely are they to recommend others to contribute on BalancerDAO (satisfaction/engagement)
- how likely are you willing to become a full-time contributor/baller (retention)
- Contributors turnover, measured by in-out of Coordinape
- Contributors engagement, measured by veBAL (?)
