Introduction

We as a DAO define offboarding in the following ways:

• When a contributor leaves the DAO
• When a contributor changes the way in which they contribute to the DAO (reduced or increased responsibilities, moving from participating in one subDAO to another)

This definition has been created to ensure learnings, process, systems are captured and maintained regardless of the transition type.

Offboarding Process (WIP)

The process was designed to support contributors transition out of their current role in the Balancer DAO and support knowledge transfer.

Step 1: Notify Ops you want to move roles/are leaving the DAO

Step 2: Fill out this form (including the survey component)

Note: for contributor leaving the DAO, this form will need to be completed in order to receive your final payment
