The Treasury team’s primary responsibilities are preservation of capital, seeking risk conscious returns, and providing transparency of the DAO’s assets and their usage.

We have the following powers delegated from BAL token holders as part of the subDAO formation proposal:

• Farming (how to earn a yield from non-BAL assets held in the Treasury)
• Meta-Governance (voting in other protocols with tokens held in the Treasury)
• Quarterly Report (we are responsible for making sure a quarterly report is presented on the DAO’s financials)

As part of this recently passed vote, we gained an additional power:

• Investing the DAO’s Protocol Fees
